Both of us have been interested in fashion all our lives, accompanied it in some way, and most importantly, enjoyed it. "I would enjoy making clothes" I let out after about the third glass of wine, "I can kind of sew" was the answer. Within moments there was paper and pencil on the bed. The name of the brand and its eventual logo started to come to mind. Almost an hour went by and we sort of stood by the name KADU the most and actually after a while it felt like it was meant to be and it felt completely natural. So KADU, which is a combination of our surnames Kadlecová and Dudák. And who is KADU?
